Terms of Service
These terms are between you and Appublica (“we”, “us”), contact hello@appublica.com.
1. What we sell
You pay a one-time fee for a publication attempt: we try to generate a short article from facts you submit and publish it as a public HTML page with official store links. The Stripe product name is “One-time app listing publication”.
This is not a hosting contract, subscription, or SLA. We do not sell search rankings, App Store placement, AI training, model citations, traffic, downloads, or reviews.
2. No results warranty
The page is offered as is. We do not promise indexation, ranking, crawler visits, AI mentions, or any business outcome. Search engines and model providers decide what they fetch and show.
3. Duration and shutdown
We may keep, edit, unpublish, or delete any listing at any time. We may discontinue the service with or without notice. The fee does not buy a perpetual URL. If we close the project, you are not entitled to a refund for “remaining value.”
4. Your warranties
You warrant that you own or control the app, the store links are official, the facts are accurate, and the submission does not infringe anyone’s rights or violate the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. License
You grant us a non-exclusive license to store, generate text from, publish, adapt for formatting, and remove your submitted facts. Generated text is created to publish the listing and may be removed with the listing.
6. Immediate digital performance
By checking the waiver box, you request immediate performance and waive any cooling-off or withdrawal right that would otherwise apply to digital content or services once generation starts.
7. Refunds
Full refund if payment succeeded and we failed to publish, or if we refuse or unpublish the listing for policy reasons (adult, sexual, illegal, malware, or fraud). No refund because a model did not mention the app, because the page did not rank, because you later asked us to remove a live listing, or because we shut the site down after a successful publication.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the listing. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or lost-profit damages. The service is provided without warranties of merchantability or fitness.
9. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your app, your facts, your store links, or your breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. If a mandatory consumer law in your country cannot be waived, that law still applies to you.
